Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end daily travel and event operations, ensuring seamless execution and high service standards.
• Coordinate hotel bookings and negotiate competitive rates and manage relationships with hoteliers and vendors
• Handle flight ticket issuance and travel arrangements for domestic and international requirements.
• Manage transport vendors for booking arrangements and ensure timely and efficient transportation services.
• Coordinate with event venues, negotiate competitive rates, and support event planning and execution activities.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing and services, and ensure smooth operational delivery.
• Possess strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages to support travel planning and client requirements.
• Efficiently manage last-minute operational changes, schedule modifications, and urgent travel or event-related requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure travel and event deliverables meet expectations and service standards.
• Support on-ground event execution and operational coordination to ensure smooth and successful outcomes.

Experience & Qualification:
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FIT, MICE, Leisure, or travel operations.
• Experience in handling corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and offsites preferred.
• Graduate/Post Graduate in Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
