Supervisor

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated candidates, both freshers and experienced professionals, to join our warehouse operations team as a Dispatch Supervisor. The role involves managing day-to-day dispatch activities, coordinating with transporters, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving on time dispatch. The position offers ₹16000 - ₹20000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise end-to-end inbound, outbound, and dispatch operations within the warehouse.

• Ensure timely picking, packing, staging, loading, and dispatch of materials and parts.

• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle planning, placement, and on-time deliveries.

• Verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and shipment quantities to ensure dispatch accuracy.

• Monitor inventory availability and ensure FIFO compliance during dispatch operations.

• Manage manpower allocation, shift planning, and team productivity.

• Maintain dispatch records in WMS and prepare daily operational reports.

• Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Resolve dispatch-related issues including shortages, damages, delays, and shipment discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S practices, customer SOPs, and warehouse operational procedures.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working.
