Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Supervisor to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and recruitment support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR and employee coordination activities.

• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and other HR records.

• Support recruitment, joining, and onboarding processes.

• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.

• Maintain and update employee documentation and records.

• Prepare and maintain basic HR reports and MIS.

• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.

• Follow company HR policies and procedures.

Eligibility & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to coordinate and manage employees effectively.

• Fresher or candidates with relevant HR experience can apply.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with Freshers.
