Job Title: Quality Supervisor – Sheet Metal Fabrication

Salary: ₹20,000 (In-hand)

Experience Required: 3 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee quality in sheet metal fabrication. The role includes supervising inspections, ensuring product compliance with standards, and maintaining high-quality output on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the quality inspection team for sheet metal fabrication

• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished products

• Identify defects and implement corrective actions

• Ensure adherence to company and industry quality standards

• Maintain inspection records and reports

• Train shop floor staff on quality procedures

• Collaborate with production/engineering teams for process improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication quality control

• Knowledge of cutting, bending, welding, punching, and assembly processes

• Proficient with measuring tools and quality inspection techniques

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Good communication and reporting abilities

Working Conditions:

• Work on the shop floor with exposure to fabrication machinery

• Adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE mandatory

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
