We are looking for a Supervisor / Facility Manager for at 33keshavkunj Cooperative Housing Society Pune. This role involves managing multiple facilities and service providers like Housekeeping, Security services, water tanker services, billing/accounting for these services, managing accounts and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all service providers day to day operations.
Manage accounting for all service providers and maintaining billing/accounting records and releasing payments to service providers.
Manage all day to day facility issues, repair and maintenance work.
Assist in various administrative functions to support department efficiency.
Daily, weekly and monthly planning & reporting.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 5 years of experience. The position requires strong people management skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks along with accounting.
