Job వివరణ

Stenography Duties:

Take dictation in shorthand and transcribe it accurately.
Prepare letters, reports, and official documents.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist senior management in drafting correspondence.

Back Office Responsibilities:

Handle data entry and maintain records (physical & digital).
Manage emails, documentation, and filing systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for administrative support.
Prepare reports, MIS, and daily updates.
Maintain office databases and update information regularly.

Skills & Requirements:

Proficiency in shorthand and typing (English/Hindi/Marathi preferred).
Good typing speed (minimum 40–60 WPM).
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
