Job Title: SAP Operator cum Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate data in SAP and ensure it is updated for seamless operations.

• Generate invoices, billing documents, and ensure timely processing of transactions.

• Verify billing data, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.

• Organize and manage both digital and physical billing records for easy access.

• Assist in administrative and accounting support functions to improve efficiency.

• Prepare and present reports related to billing, invoices, and transactions.

• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and accounts teams for data accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and billing procedures.

• Handle all sensitive financial and operational data with strict confidentiality.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Commerce preferred)

• Experience: 1–3 years in SAP operations, billing, or similar role

• Basic knowledge of SAP (MM/SD module preferred) and billing processes

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in V-look up & Pivot Table in MS Excel and basic computer operations

• Good communication and coordination skills

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
