Real Estate Telesales Executive

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented professional to serve as the backbone of our real estate legal consultancy firm. This role combines back-office administration, legal document support, client management, and office operations to ensure seamless daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage back-office and administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and general work to maintain a smooth-running workspace.

• Prepare key legal documents (e.g., agreements, affidavits, summaries, and reports) for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Schedule client meetings, coordinate calendars, book venues/conference calls, and send reminders to minimise conflicts and maximise productivity.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, addressing queries, and providing personalised updates on case progress.

• Monitor ongoing matters, deliver regular client updates via email, calls, or portals, and flag issues for escalation to legal team members.
