Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quotation Specialist to prepare accurate commercial quotations, maintain pricing records, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure timely submission of proposals to customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and cost estimates based on customer requirements.

• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, and Technical teams to gather pricing and product information.

• Maintain quotation records, customer databases, and pricing sheets.

• Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations.

• Update price lists and product catalogs whenever required.

• Ensure quotations are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.

• Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI), Purchase Orders (PO), and other commercial documents.

• Assist the sales team with tender documentation and proposal preparation.

• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and customer information.

• Provide administrative support to the sales department whenever required.

Required Skills

• knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good analytical and organizational abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple quotations simultaneously.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
