Position Summary
We are seeking a highly intelligent, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prioritize and coordinate daily activities to maximize executive productivity.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
Screen and manage communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions before issues arise.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.
Track action items, deadlines, and key business priorities.
Conduct research, gather information, and present concise recommendations.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.
Organize meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
Handle administrative tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff support, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business productivity tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
