Quality Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Compliance & Monitoring

• Ensure adherence to NABH, NABL, AERB standards and internal protocols

• Track and report departmental KPIs and QIs regularly

2. Audit Support & Documentation

• Conduct internal quality checks and support during external audits

• Maintain SOPs, quality checklists, incident reports, and other documents

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Use MS Excel for data entry, analysis, and trend reporting

• Prepare dashboards and summaries for management review

4. Training & Communication

• Coordinate and deliver training sessions on quality, safety, and infection control

• Communicate updates, non-compliances, and improvement plans clearly across teams

5. Risk & Incident Management

• Document and investigate incidents or near-misses

• Assist in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action planning

6. Equipment & Radiation Safety

• Monitor equipment calibration, AERB compliance, and radiation safety protocols

• Coordinate with biomedical engineering and radiation safety officers

7. Patient Feedback & Service Improvement

• Review patient feedback and assist in service quality improvements

• Work to enhance patient satisfaction and reduce reporting delay.

Qualifications:

• Education: BSc/MSc Biomedical Sciences, or Hospital Management

Experience:

• 0–3 years in quality management or radiology department

• Experience with healthcare accreditation and audit preparation

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, charts, pivot tables, dashboards)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of radiology operations and imaging modalities

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven mindset

Location & Travel

• Base Location: Pune – Pimpri Chinchwad

• Extensive travel required within allotted regions/centres.
