Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.

• Source electronic components, ICs, LED Driver components, PCB-related materials, electrical components and manufacturing materials.

• Develop and maintain reliable local, national, China and international supplier networks.

• Identify new vendors and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, capacity and delivery.

• Negotiate price, MOQ, payment terms, lead time and delivery schedules.

• Manage purchase orders, quotations, purchase planning and supplier follow-ups.

• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Accounts and Management for material requirements.

• Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements.

• Monitor supplier performance, quality issues, shortages, delays and replacement requirements.

• Handle import purchases and international procurement, including China sourcing and coordination with logistics/customs teams.

• Track market prices, component availability, alternate sources and new suppliers.

• Maintain proper purchase records, vendor data, quotations and procurement reports.

• Control procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.

• Prepare regular purchase, pending order, supplier and procurement MIS reports.

• Resolve supplier and material-related issues to ensure smooth production.
