Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Seller Central / Vendor Central operational activities.

• Download and track orders / POs.

• Monitor PO confirmation and pending quantities.

• Track inventory availability and highlight OOS SKUs.

• Maintain SKU / ASIN-level operational data.

• Coordinate with Warehouse for picking, packing and dispatch.

• Follow up with Logistics for pickups, appointments and deliveries.

• Monitor pending orders and ageing.

• Track Fill Rate, shortages and cancellations.

• Maintain daily operational MIS.

• Update ERP / OMS / Amazon panels accurately.

• Track returns, shortages, claims and exceptions.

• Follow up on unresolved operational issues.

• Support reconciliation and documentation.

• Escalate delays and risks to the Operations Manager.

Preferred Profile:

• 1–4 years of Ecommerce / Marketplace Operations experience.

• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central preferred.

• Vendor Central exposure will be an advantage.

• Basic understanding of FBA / Seller Flex / Amazon fulfilment.

• Good Excel and data handling skills.

• Strong follow-up, coordination and execution capability.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
