We are looking for a Purchase Manager to join our team at CNZ Bearings. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing bearings, tools, and related materials from approved suppliers.

• Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain purchase records.

• Negotiate with vendors for best prices, credit terms, and timely supply.

• Coordinate with store and accounts team for material receipt and payment process.

• Monitor inventory levels and raise requisitions to avoid stockouts.

• Good computer knowledge - MS Excel, ERP/Tally.

• Candidate should have knowledge of Engineering Products.

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for easy access and retrieval.

• Communicate with relevant teams to clarify data inconsistencies and improve processes.

• Verify data accuracy, correct errors, and identify irregularities promptly.

• Ensure data accuracy and accessibility to facilitate smooth operations.

• Generate reports and summaries to aid internal decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
