Job Overview

We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented Security & Surveillance Executives to monitor surveillance systems, support security operations, and ensure smooth handling of operational activities during US business hours. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems continuously
• Track and report security incidents or suspicious activities
• Maintain surveillance records and daily operational logs
• Coordinate with internal teams for security-related concerns
• Ensure proper functioning of surveillance equipment and systems
• Support operational and administrative security tasks
• Handle escalations and report issues promptly
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company security protocols
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure complete shift coverage

Requirements & Skills
• Good English communication skills
• Basic to intermediate computer usage skills
• Ability to work in rotational/team-based shifts
• Strong observation and monitoring abilities
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to handle operational tasks efficiently
• Team player with good coordination skills
• Willingness to work in US shift timings.

Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
• Prior experience in surveillance, security operations, or monitoring roles is an advantage
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring tools preferred Technical Skills
