Job Summary
Saattvic Ecocare is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support the procurement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and transporters, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining accurate purchase records in the system.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with vendors regarding purchase orders, deliveries, and documentation.
Coordinate with transporters to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
Make accurate purchase-related entries in the company's accounting system.
Maintain purchase records and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
Resolve routine vendor and logistics-related issues through timely communication.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in purchase/procurement or a similar role.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Compensation
Salary: ₹18,000 per month
