Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations.
Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor operational performance and prepare periodic reports for management.
Ensure timely execution of organizational goals and projects.
Digital Marketing
Coordinate and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
Track campaign performance using analytics and prepare performance reports.
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.
Team Coordination
Lead, supervise, and coordinate internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of projects.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and a positive work environment.
Administration
Manage office administration, documentation, and record keeping.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Handle budgeting, procurement, inventory, and other administrative activities as required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in operations management, digital marketing coordination, and administration.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage deadlines effectively.
