Monitor HVAC installation activities at the project site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, PMC, Client, Site Engineers, consultant and other engineering disciplines.
Review HVAC designs, shop drawings, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery and installation.
Ensure HVAC equipment and materials conform to quality standards and approved specifications.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and assist in project scheduling and planning.
Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and propose corrective actions.
Support testing, balancing, and commissioning activities.
Enforce site safety regulations and ensure compliance with local codes and environmental regulations.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors as required.
