Job Summary

Foodsure is looking for a Store & Purchase Executive to manage procurement, inventory control, vendor coordination, and day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in purchase and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store and inventory operations, including material receipt, storage, and issuance.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement of required materials.

• Source materials from reliable vendors and obtain competitive quotations.

• Compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery timelines, and payment terms.

• Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost-effective purchasing.

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors and follow up on pending orders and deliveries.

• Verify received materials against POs, invoices, and delivery documents.

• Maintain accurate records of stock, purchases, GRNs, invoices, and material movement.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Accounts and internal departments regarding purchase and payment-related matters.

• Handle material shortages, damages, replacements, and vendor-related issues.

• Prepare regular reports related to procurement, inventory, and pending orders.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Purchase, Store & Inventory Management.

• Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management software is an advantage.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Candidates with a degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, or a related field will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in Store, Purchase, Procurement, Inventory, or Supply Chain Management.
