Job Title: Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors

 Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve the best value

 Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies

 Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers

 Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams

 Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply issues

 Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities

 Track procurement performance and prepare reports

 Ensure compliance with company procedures and legal requirements

 Handle documentation, invoices, and payment follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field

 Proven experience in procurement or purchasing (preferred)

 Strong negotiation and communication skills

 Good knowledge of vendor management and sourcing strategies

 Ability to analyze data and manage costs effectively

 Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement software/ERP

 Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
