Purchase Executive

Job Description :

We wish to introduce our company, PH1 Industries Pvt Ltd is an Engineering and Technology services company which has vast experience in the field of Alternate Fuel Feeding Systems & Bulk Materials Handling systems for Cements, Pharma & Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Power Industries.

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to buy equipment and products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations and project supplies. You will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and source potential vendors

• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

• Negotiate order terms of payment and pricing

• Track orders and ensure timely delivery

• Review quality of purchased products

• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

• Coordinate with stores in-charge to ensure proper storage

Qualification Requirements

• Minimum Work Experience of 3 Years as a Purchase Executive / Purchase Assistant or similar role from Engineering/ Pharma / Bulk Material Equipment Manufacturing Industry.

• Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. ERP/SAP/Tally)

• Excellent Communication Skills – English, Telugu & Hindi

• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

• Understanding of supply chain procedures

• Two-Wheeler with valid license

• BSc in Logistics, Business Administration or relevant field

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
