Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately into company databases and systems
Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies
Update existing records and maintain data accuracy
Prepare and organize documents for data entry
Generate basic reports as required
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
Basic knowledge of computers
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email
Good typing speed with accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Basic English reading and writing skills
Experience:
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
