Salary Range:

 ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & capability)

Role Overview

We are looking for a technically sound and experienced Purchase professional from industrial manufacturing background only who can independently manage procurement of machining parts, bought-out components, consumables, and engineering spares.

This role requires strong vendor development capability, negotiation skills, and hands-on experience in factory-level procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement of:

  • Machining parts (CNC / VMC components)

  • Fabrication items

  • Gearbox & motor-related components

  • Bearings, seals, hardware, electrical items

  • Consumables & maintenance spares

• Floating RFQs, preparing comparative statements & cost analysis

• Price negotiation & commercial finalization

• Vendor development & alternate sourcing

• Conduct supplier factory visits & audits

• Ensure quality compliance with technical specifications

• Handle complete purchase documentation:

  • PO creation

  • GRN coordination

  • Vendor reconciliation

  • ERP entries

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores & Accounts

• Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery)

• Ensure uninterrupted material availability for production

Mandatory Candidate Criteria (Very Important)

• Graduate (Engineering background preferred – Mechanical)

• 4–8 years of experience in industrial manufacturing purchase

• Experience in:

  • Machining parts / toolroom items

  • Engineering spares

  • Vendor development

  • Supplier audits

• Strong negotiation & costing skills

• ERP knowledge (SAP / Oracle / Easy ERP or similar)

• Willing to travel for supplier audits

• Willing to work:

  • Initially at Badarpur (HO)

  • Later shift to IMT Faridabad factory

• Stable job history (No frequent job changes)

• Honest, responsible, long-term mindset

• E-commerce / Retail buying

• Pure store or inventory roles without vendor development

• Candidates without manufacturing exposure
