Tender Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tender / Bid Management Executive to support tender preparation and bid management activities. The role requires coordination, cost evaluation support, and ensuring compliance with customer and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation

Monitoring of the bid management process to ensure alignment with organizational requirements

Cost and price calculations for tenders

Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines, ensuring adherence to customer frameworks

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 1 Year of experience in tendering or bid management processes

Good coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word

Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
