Process Coordinator

1. Daily Follow-ups & Interdepartmental Coordination: Follow up with employees and HODs on pending tasks, commitments, and progress. Coordinate with Sales, Service, AV, IT, Accounts, HR, Godown, Logistics, and other departments for timely execution.

2. Email Communication & Escalation Management: Draft professional emails, send reminders, communicate action points, document commitments, identify unresolved issues, and escalate critical delays with reasons and proposed solutions.

3. AI Tools & Productivity: Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft emails, prepare reports, summarize discussions, create checklists, organize information, and improve repetitive workflows.

4. Problem Identification & Process Improvement: Identify workflow bottlenecks, missing information, dependencies, communication gaps, and recurring delays. Coordinate with concerned departments to resolve issues and recommend improvements in tracking, reporting, communication, and AI-assisted processes.
