Undertake pre treatment survey after the contract is finalized.
Scheduling and planning the services by self or thru the Back office.
Coordinating with the Customers for timely and effective service deliveries.
Timely completion of scheduled services.
Collect inspection reports and make pretreatment inspections
Brief technicians on Mode of treatment or any important aspect of the service delivery
1Supervise the services depending on the importance of client and the criticality of services
Efforts shall be made to achieve maximum 2% Complaints against the total number of jobs delivered during the month.
Attend to customer complaints
Achieve technician productivity as per the company policy.
To attend the complaints & logically conclude them.
Educate the clients on dos and don’ts.
Undertake company audits at customers valuing more than INR 25,000 per annum
Manage the leave Of Service Technicians
To Prevent spill over of services into the next month and not create a backlog
Ensure proper maintenance and functioning of equipment.
Shall identify the training needs of the technicians as well as the back office support team.
