Key Responsibilities:-
Manage and streamline daily sales and backend operations.
Oversee CRM activities, order processing, billing, dispatch, and collections.
Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Accounts, HR, and other teams for smooth execution.
Monitor sales targets, team performance, and operational KPIs.
Ensure timely MIS, performance reports, and management updates.
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
Drive team accountability, productivity, and target achievement.
Support Management in business planning and operational decisions.
Key Skills:
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 8+ years in Operations, Sales & Backend
Strong experience in CRM and team coordination
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive targets and manage cross-functional operations
