Lead and manage day-to-day operations end-to-end.

Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and operational processes.

Monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and business performance.

Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

Manage and optimize VibeFi portal and backend operations.

Coordinate with technology teams for system upgrades, integrations, bug fixes, and optimization.

Ensure accuracy of data, reporting, settlements, and operational processes.

Identify and onboard strategic business partners.

Build and manage revenue-generating business alliances.

Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closures.

Represent the company in strategic meetings with partners and clients.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.

Coordinate with Sales, Technology, Finance, Marketing, and other teams.

Ensure projects and business initiatives are delivered within timelines.

Handle client/partner queries and resolve operational issues.

Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and customer experience.

Lead, mentor, and monitor the operations team.
