Job Title: Operations Executive (Policy Booking & Bima Software)

Job Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Operations Executive to manage policy booking and maintain accurate records in the Bima software. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely policy issuance, updating complaint-related records, and maintaining data accuracy while coordinating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Book insurance policies accurately as per the approved proposal and insurer guidelines.

• Enter and update policy details in the Bima software.

• Record and update complaint-related entries in the Bima software as per the complaint status and resolution.

• Verify policy details before and after booking to ensure accuracy.

• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams for policy issuance and corrections.

• Track pending policy bookings and follow up until completion.

• Maintain proper records of policy documents and customer information.

• Generate daily and monthly MIS reports related to policy booking and complaint updates.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.

• Perform any other operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in insurance operations or policy booking.

• Freshers with good knowledge of insurance operations may also apply.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of insurance policy booking processes.

• Experience working with Bima software or any insurance management software is preferred.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
