Position: New Business Development Executive

Department: Sales & Business Development

Exp: 3-5 Years

Job Location: Udyog Vihar Ph-4 (Sec-18, Gurgaon)

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation industry through market research, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.

· Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and industry contacts.

· Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.

· Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions/services.

· Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.

· Negotiate terms and close business deals.

· Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records.

· Coordinate with operations and support teams for smooth client onboarding.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

· Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.

Required Skills

Strong communication (English & Hindi) and presentation skills.

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Lead generation and client acquisition experience.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in any specializations.
