Manage day-to-day operational activities.
Coordinate with production, sales, accounts, and dispatch departments.
Monitor order processing and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain records of inventory, dispatch, and stock movement.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Handle vendor coordination and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary.
Support management in improving operational processes

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Operations Management or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations or administration.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP software.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Should be from manufacturing plant.
