Job Details:
• Position: Operations Executive
• Location: Mumbai
• Experience: 1+ Year
• Notice Period: Immediate
• Shift: General
• Week Off: Monday to Friday (2nd & 3rd Saturday off)

Role Overview:
The Operations Executive will support multiple departments by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves documentation, lead generation, CRM updates, coordination with teams, and administrative support to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist departments with daily operational tasks and projects
• Prepare, manage, and verify documentation for accuracy
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Update and maintain CRM data regularly
• Respond to internal and external queries promptly
• Coordinate with teams to meet deadlines
• Handle administrative activities such as data filing, reporting, and organization
• Ensure smooth office and operational workflows

Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of documentation and office operations
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good computer proficiency
• Ability to generate and follow up on leads
• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and processes
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
