ఆపరేషన్ ఎగ్జిక్యూటివ్

The Job Profile shall include the following activity related to operational projects and Commercial activities,

·         Preparing techno-commercial proposals and following up till finalization, Preparing PO/ Invoices/ Quotations

·         Checking, reviewing and acknowledging Purchase orders.

·         Controlling, Monitoring, Replying day to day emails and carrying on self-correspondence, Tender documentation, Tender Uploading

·         Preparing, monitoring invoices, Quotations, PO and payment follow-ups,

·         Maintaining commercial documents, Tenders,

·         Carry out activities as directed by the Director for a day to day work.

·         Coordinate with Staff and office group for the work as directed by the director.

·         Minimum proven typing speed of 25 to 30wpm.

·         Ability to do self-correspondence and Full Documentation.

·         Good Spoken / Written English.

• Command over Word, Excel, PPT, PDF and Outlook

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 3 - 6+ years Experience.
