About the role
Stallion is hiring 2 Operations Executives for our hub operations team. You will handle docket creation and manifest generation for daily dispatches — accurate paperwork, timely system entry, and coordination with warehouse, drivers, and transporters.

Key responsibilities

• Create and verify dockets / LRs / consignment notes with correct party, material, weight, and destination details

• Prepare truck manifests for linehaul / local runs; ensure dockets are linked correctly before dispatch

• Cross-check shipment details vs physical load (packages, weight, destination) before vehicle leave

• Maintain daily booking, dispatch, and pending shipment records in system / Excel

• Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and transporters for on-time dispatch

• Support e-way bill / challan / POD follow-up as required

• Flag mismatches, missing docs, or data errors immediately to supervisor

• Support day-to-day hub ops and MIS reporting

Requirements

• Fresher OR up to 2 years experience in logistics / courier / transport / warehouse ops

• Comfortable with computer work — MS Excel, email, basic ERP / ops software (training provided)

• Strong attention to detail — zero tolerance for wrong docket / wrong destination data

• Good Hindi communication; basic English for system work

• Willing to work from Manesar or Bhiwadi hub; can handle fast-paced dispatch windows

Preferred

• Prior exposure to docket / LR / manifest / challan / e-way bill

• Experience in PTL / FTL / courier / 3PL operations
