We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoice Processing / Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, verify, and process invoice data in the system. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to handle data efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter invoice details accurately into the system
• Verify invoice data such as vendor name, invoice number, date, and amount
• Match invoices with purchase orders or supporting documents
• Identify and report discrepancies or missing information
• Maintain proper records and documentation
• Ensure data accuracy and timely processing of invoices
• Follow company policies and process guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Any graduate / undergraduate (commerce preferred but not mandatory)
• Only Freshers can apply
• Basic knowledge of invoices and billing concepts
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
