Job Description – Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Operations Manager to lead our day-to-day business operations. The role involves overseeing internal processes, managing teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring operational excellence. The Operations Manager will play a key role in driving efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and oversee daily operational activities across departments.

• Develop, implement, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for smooth functioning.

• Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Act as the primary liaison with clients, vendors, and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration.

• Monitor and analyze operational performance, recommending process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.

• Prepare, review, and present operational reports to senior management.

• Manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships to optimize costs.

• Drive automation, efficiency, and technology adoption in operations.

• Build and mentor a high-performing operations team.

• Handle escalations and resolve operational bottlenecks promptly.

• Support business growth initiatives and ensure excellent client servicing.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 1+ years of proven experience in Operations Management.

• Exposure to financial services, insurance, or the wealth management industry will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Package: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹4.2 LPA (Fixed + Performance-based annual bonus)
