Job Summary:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator for a semi-government organization. The role is on a contractual basis, with the possibility of renewal based on performance and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in computer systems and databases

• Verify accuracy of data before submission

• Review and correct data discrepancies

• Maintain confidentiality of official records and information

• Generate reports as required

• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)

• Age Limit: 20–35 years only

• Typing Speed: 25–30 words per minute (mandatory)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

Skills Required:

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong organizational skills

• Basic computer proficiency

Contract Details:

• The position is purely contractual.

• Contract is subject to renewal based on performance and organizational requirements.
