Position: Operations & Research Intern

Location: Pune

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations & Research Intern to support business operations, market research, data management, and administrative activities. The role requires strong communication skills, internet research capabilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research using publicly available data sources.

• Perform market research and compile findings into reports and spreadsheets.

• Support lead generation and database creation activities.

• Draft and send bulk emails and follow-up communications.

• Maintain and update company records, databases, and spreadsheets.

• Assist in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

• Coordinate with internal teams for various business requirements.

• Handle basic data entry and data verification activities.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as required.

• Support special projects and miscellaneous office tasks.

Requirements

• Pursuing graduation or recently graduated in any discipline.

• 0–1 year of experience (freshers and interns welcome).

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Good internet research and information-gathering abilities.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Foreign language proficiency is a plus.

• Experience with email communication and online research tools.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach.

• Basic understanding of business operations and administration.
