Job Title: Operations Executive

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executives to support day-to-day banking operations across multiple branches in Maharashtra (excluding Mumbai). The role involves ensuring smooth processing of operational activities, maintaining service quality, and supporting compliance with banking policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operational activities including account opening, documentation verification, and transaction processing.

• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records in banking systems.

• Handle cash and non-cash transactions in coordination with internal teams while adhering to operational guidelines.

• Support KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance requirements as per bank policies.

• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and servicing.

• Resolve operational discrepancies and escalate issues when required.

• Generate MIS reports and maintain operational trackers for management review.

• Assist in audit preparation and ensure timely closure of audit observations.

• Deliver professional customer support for operational queries and requests.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Management preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in banking operations, BFSI, or financial services.

• Freshers with relevant internship or academic exposure to banking operations may apply.

• Basic understanding of banking products, documentation, and compliance processes.

• Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
