Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities of software projects.
Communicate with clients and internal team members regarding project requirements and updates.
Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and task lists.
Assign and follow up on tasks with developers and other team members.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Conduct regular follow-ups with team members regarding pending tasks.
Maintain project-related documents, reports, and records.
Identify project delays, issues, or risks and report them to the Project Manager.
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting notes/action points.
Provide regular project status updates to management and clients.
Ensure requirements and changes are properly communicated to the development team.
Coordinate testing, bug fixing, deployment, and project closure activities.
Maintain proper communication between different departments.
Support the Project Manager in planning and managing multiple projects.

Experience
Freshers or candidates with relevant experience can apply.
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, software operations, administration, or a related field.
