We are looking for a full-time Office Executive who can handle day-to-day operational tasks for our HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) projects and company operations.

About our work (HDD)

We are an HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) firm. HDD is a trenchless method used for underground utility installation such as fiber cables, pipelines, ducts, etc. without digging up roads.

It’s widely used in Telecom, OFC, Infrastructure, and Gas Pipelines. Some understanding of the field is preferred, but not mandatory for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

• Basic office management

• Sending emails

• Maintaining Excel files

• Preparing invoices

• Accounting entries

• Compliance related work

• Managing expenses

• Coordinating with site teams

• Vendor / client follow-ups

• Documentation and data handling

Required Skills

• MS Word

• MS Excel

• Comfortable writing emails in English

• Accounting & invoicing basics

• (Preferred) Experience in telecom / HDD / infrastructure / accounting

Experience

• Must have basic accounting knowledge

• Experience in a similar domain preferred (not mandatory)

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹25,000 / month (based on skills & experience)

Location

Vaishali – Near Vaishali Metro, Ghaziabad (UP)

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Additional Requirements

• Minimum Education: B.Com

• Freshers allowed only if exceptional knowledge & skills

• Notice Period: 30 days

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Basic understanding of GST/TDS is a plus
