Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and professional Client Coordination Assistant to support our growing business. In this role, you will work closely with our core team to manage daily client communications, assist with client onboarding, and handle day-to-day administrative operations. Key Responsibilities:
Client Assistance: Welcome new clients and assist them through the initial service documentation and onboarding steps.
Daily Coordination: Act as a helpful assistant between the clients and our internal operations team to ensure files/tasks are processed quickly.
Query Handling: Answer day-to-day client questions, updates, and complaints via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Data & Records: Maintain accurate client data and update daily reports using MS Excel/Word.
Follow-ups: Take regular follow-ups from clients for any missing documents or details needed for service completion.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate degree (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, or any equivalent stream).
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an office environment, customer support, or assistance roles. (Freshers with quick learning abilities and sharp minds are highly encouraged).
Language Proficiency: Good command over both Hindi and English (Clear verbal communication is essential).
Skills Required:
Active listening skills and a polite, helpful manner over phone calls.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Internet browsing).
Ability to multi-task and follow instructions closely.
