Key Responsibilities:

1. MIS & Reporting● Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports. ● Generate reports covering sales performance, finance, operations, APIs, and vendors.● Prepare risk, fraud, and chargeback-related reports. ● Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. 2. Data Analysis & Business Insights● Analyse large datasets to identify trends, gaps, mismatches, and revenue leakages. ● Perform variance analysis, growth analysis, and success vs. failure ratio analysis. ● Convert raw data into actionable insights for management decision-making. 3. Dashboarding & Automation ● Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI. ● Automate recurring MIS reports using Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets. ● Improve reporting efficiency by reducing manual dependency. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination ● Work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams. ● Support management with data-driven reports and presentations. ● Assist in API, bank, and vendor reconciliation processes.
