Job Description – MIS Executive

Position: MIS Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily MIS reports, maintain accurate data, prepare management reports, and coordinate with different departments for timely data collection and updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Collect, verify, and update data from different departments.

• Maintain operational, billing, payment, vehicle, and customer-related reports.

• Prepare Excel reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review.

• Track pending invoices, PODs, payments, and other operational requirements.

• Monitor data accuracy and identify discrepancies.

• Coordinate with Operations, Accounts, HR, and other teams for required information.

• Maintain proper records and documentation.

• Prepare reports using MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic dashboards.

• Ensure reports are submitted within the required timelines.

• Perform data analysis and provide relevant updates to management.

• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Strong data-entry and data-management skills.

• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, and basic Excel formulas.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple reports and deadlines.

Qualification

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any relevant field.

• Prior experience in MIS, logistics, operations, or administration will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Accuracy of MIS reports.

• Timely submission of daily/monthly reports.

• Data accuracy and completeness.

• Timely follow-up and closure of pending data.

• Quality of management reports and dashboards.
