Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, fast-typing Data Entry Operator (Freshener/Experienced) to join our team. You will input, update, and maintain accurate records in our company databases. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Data Input: Enter text and numerical data from source documents into databases.
Data Verification: Review data for errors, missing information, and duplicates before entry.
Database Maintenance: Update, sort, and organize existing digital records regularly.
File Management: Scan, print, and organize physical documents for digital archiving.
Reporting: Compile and generate basic data reports as requested by supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent degree.
Typing Speed: Minimum 35 to 40 words per minute (WPM).
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
Language: Strong reading and writing proficiency in English.
Preferred Soft Skills
Precision: High attention to detail to ensure error-free data.
Focus: Ability to stay concentrated during repetitive tasks.
Punctuality: Strong time management skills to meet daily output targets.
