MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and manage MIS reports and dashboards

• Extract and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL

• Create interactive dashboards using Power BI / Excel

• Handle large datasets efficiently using Advanced Excel

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports

• Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency

• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and analysis

• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights

Required Skills:

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros)

• SQL for data extraction and analysis

• Power BI or Tableau for dashboard creation

• Google Sheets proficiency

• Basic knowledge of programming (Python/Java – preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Any Stream

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 3–4 years of experience in MIS or data analysis role

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
