About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data reporting, dashboards, and process automation across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong ability to convert manual, repetitive reporting tasks into automated workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards

• Consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, sales trackers, attendance systems) into unified reports

• Design and maintain Excel/Google Sheets templates with formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting

• Automate recurring reports using Google Apps Script, Excel Macros (VBA), or Power Query to reduce manual effort

• Build interactive dashboards using charts, slicers, and pivot tables for management review

• Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs and requirements

• Maintain data security and access controls on shared sheets/files

Required Skills

• Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, conditional formatting, data validation

• Google Sheets: Formulas, Pivot Tables, Query function, Data Studio/Looker Studio linkage, Apps Script (preferred)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle large data sets with accuracy

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
