Job Description – Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day business operations, ensure smooth coordination between departments, and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple responsibilities, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily operational activities.

• Ensure smooth execution of internal processes and workflows.

• Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, and documentation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

• Monitor operational performance and identify process improvement opportunities.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when required.

• Support management in implementing operational strategies and new processes.

• Track task progress and ensure deadlines are met.

• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.

• Freshers with excellent organizational skills may also apply.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
