JOB DESCRIPTION – MIS EXECUTIVE

Location: Sanand, Gujarat
Experience: 3–5 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel is essential.

• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF formulas, filters and data analysis.

• Ability to prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills; a Mathematics background will be an added advantage.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.

• Ability to collect, consolidate and analyses data from different departments.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills to ensure timely receipt of required information.

• Ability to present data in a clear and management-friendly format.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and Excel-based dashboards.

• Analyse operational and business data and highlight important trends, gaps and deviations.

• Coordinate with various departments for timely and accurate data collection.

• Maintain proper records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of MIS data.

• Develop and improve reporting formats as required by management.

• Ensure all MIS reports are prepared and submitted within the defined timelines.
  

Ideal Candidate

A highly proficient Excel user with strong numerical and analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to convert raw data into meaningful reports for management decision-making.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
