Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on E-commerce Operations Manager to manage OUTPACE’s D2C website, online marketplaces, backend operations, and business data. The role also involves supporting brand activations and on-ground events as required. We’re looking for someone with a startup mindset, strong ownership, and a willingness to work across functions in a fast-growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce Management: Manage the D2C website, Amazon, product listings, orders, inventory, pricing, and promotions.

• Backend Operations & Data: Maintain sales reports, order tracking, inventory records, customer data, MIS reports, and operational dashboards.

• Order & Customer Management: Coordinate order fulfilment, returns, customer queries, and timely issue resolution.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor sales, conversion rates, product performance, and channel-wise business metrics.

• Brand Activations: Support product sampling, promotional campaigns, fitness events, and brand activations as required.

• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with marketing agencies, logistics partners, internal teams, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, D2C, or marketplace management.

• Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, D2C platforms, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to participate in on-ground activations and take up responsibilities beyond a fixed job role.

• Startup mindset: Self-driven, adaptable, accountable, and comfortable building processes from scratch.
